A Trio Of Flowers

Baja Breeze, Pretty in Pink and Apricot Appeal make the way for these three flowers today.  But, would you recognize the Lattice die that holds them all together?

     003

The flowers are a product of the Blossom Petal Punch each sponged with their corresponding inks.  I took a stylus to each flower drawing a short line to define the scallop edges.  The calyx were made from the lattice die.  I also sponged the edges of each center with Old Olive Ink and popped them up with dimensionals.  The stem is a diagonal piece I cut from that Lattice die.

For the inside ~

The centers are the same colors of the flowers on the front.  Again, each was sponged and mounted with dimensionals.

TIP:  I use ‘stampin’ spots’ a lot.  They are the handiest things and are great for distressing edges.  I like how they fit in my hand and not to mention their longevity.  Mine are two years old and they just keep on inking!

Supplies needed ~ All are SU! unless otherwise noted

  • Card stock – B. Blue, P. in Pink, A. Appeal, W. White, O. Olive and Designer Series Pack
  • Punches – Lattice Die, Blossom Petal Punch and circle punches
  • Misc. – Gold Embossing Pwdr and Brads are from my stash

So that’s it for today…..got a little more punch art for you tomorrow.

                                 Here’s a peek *smile*
