A Wedding Card or Two

Happy Monday to all!  For a lot of you, your celebrating the Holiday, isn’t it nice to have a LONG weekend at the same time!  Hummmmm more stamping time?

I was asked for a Wedding card, the colors were, vanilla/light beige, coral and black.  I hope they like their card.

Didn’t do my homework on this card.  Adding my Prima flower put it over the top and wouldn’t fit into an envelope!      Back to the drawing board. . .

This one toned down quite a bit, although I like the first one better, this one fits nicely into an envelope!

I used SU! Shimmery White Cardstock, the name refers to white, but I thinks it’s in between white and vanilla. Soft looking with just a hint of sparkle.  Little Leaves and Scalloped Heart of Hearts dies were used. The little shimmery white flowers and leaves are just something I dug out from my stash of what nots.

Enjoy the day, I’ve planned my day around STAMPING!  *SMILES*

Thanks for visiting and remember send me an email with questions, I love hearing from you!

After seeing the first one, I didn't think it could be bested, but then I scrolled a bit more.... and was bowled over by the second one too!!
Keep comparing but can't decide...yes I can! I love 'em both equally. xxx

Both are gorgeous! Today IS my anniversary, so seeing these was a treat. Unfortunately I did not make hubby a card that looked like this. He just wouldn't appreciate the effort!!!!

These are both beautiful and I bet you will find reason to use the first one. Is the bride having a shower in which the card can be presented without an envelope?

Absolutely lovely cards. Both are wonderful and I love the flower on the first one, but the flower can cause a mailing problem. Thanks for sharing.

Both cards are just beautiful! The flower is just perfect, but it would be sad to have it smashed in an envelope. I would send it in a bubble mailer. You definitely won't hurt any feelings with the second try though! Thanks for sharing both :o)

Awh! I think your mailing card is precious! I love the sentiment touch Mr. & Mrs! Maybe you could put the first in a shadow box and offer that one as a gift? That is...if you can part with it! Beautiful creations!

Both are so beautiful. The one with the flower was the eye opener. It could be put in a box and given as a gift itself.
