Hello and happy Tuesday to all my friends! So glad you found the time to stop by for a visit today, I’m always glad to see you!
It has been a while since I last entered a challenge and noticed The Paper Players challenge calls for a flower this week. The card for today’s post had just that, a flower, I decided to play along. Hope you like it. . .
All edges were sponged with Crumb Cake Ink, even the flower. I really liked how the Neutrals Ivory cardstock came into play with this card. The little specks throughout gave it a little more character. A scrap piece of burlap and pink twine seemed to top it off.
I didn’t capture it very well, but there is sparkle on the designer paper. Just enough to really catch your eye in person. I think you can see it a little better in the next picture.
If you made a card with a flower on it, check out The Players and give their challenge a try.
Here’s a peek at what’s up for tomorrow, hope you’ll come back!

Beautiful Linda!! The burlap and pink twine is a perfect combo. I want to say this is your best card yet, but, I think that of all your cards. Can't wait to see your next one.
Fun card...burlap is a great background for the flower and the dotted paper!
Amazing! I just love it!! I didn't think I would use my burlap again until Fall. This color combo just works so well with it!! Please share where you found your pink twine. Until then, I'll just have to paint mine. TFS :o)
