Hard to believe how quickly Christmas becomes the ‘past’ and that stores are now gearing up for Valentine’s Day! I have to admit, it did get me thinking about hearts! *smile*
The flower is made with one of the hearts from the Heart to Heart punch. I used my stylus to cup each punched heart to break down the fibers of the cardstock. I then pulled the layers apart, staggered and stacked each heart until you get the fullness that you want.
I have seen a couple different places using the Decorative Label punch for a sentiment…….I LIKED it! It only works with small images.

The images are from the stamp sets Field Flowers and En Francais, both stamped using Old Olive Ink.
I’d like to thank everyone for their SWEET comments and emails on our new baby Jacob, each and everyone is greatly appreciated by the family!!

Very pretty card Linda! What did you die cut the center of the flower with?

This is so refreshing looking! I love Christmas cards but I'm ready for something else to get my creativity flowing again! Thanks for the inspiration, Linda! It's been almost a month since I've blogged.
Your grandson is precious! There is nothing sweeter than a new baby in the family!
Hope to get back in the craft room after the children head to college this weekend!
