Happy Monday to all! I’m going to start your week out with something a little different – again! To tell you the truth I don’t even know where to begin with this card. It is almost anything but Stampin’ Up. Let’s take a look -
I absolutely LOVE Stampin’ Up products BUT sometimes I get involved in ANYTHING BUT…. It all began when I bought one of those Scalloped Grand Spellbinder sized dies. They’re huge! But I had this vision in my head and had a 50% off coupon to boot, so you know what came next. I used one of the small dies from the package and used it on my card front but stopping at the center fold. This became my card front. I attached a black and white dotted piece to the inside which made the front pop. Are you with me? I ran the front through the Big Shot again to get that nice double scallop edge.
TIP: Painters tape! Would you like to keep that paper still and not move when you have to reinsert it into the Big Shot again with a die or to keep your paper from moving when having to cut out a circle that you don’t have a punch for. I keep a couple pieces stuck to the Big Shot all the time. It’s Good Stuff!
The medallion was made with a Tim Holtz die. Precuts everything for you and provides the creases for each fan fold. The brad in the middle was from Making Memories as was the Happy Birthday charms.
The little mouse was designed by me with the help of Peachy Keen Stamps and the Swirls Scribbles (SU!) for its tail and hand. *smile*
The inside ~
I had a pack of dies from Provo Craft to make these letters. Maybe that heart is a little big?? Easy Fix!
Thank you for taking the time to look at my card made with Anything But…. Tomorrow is a biggie!!! The Pals have got a June Hop going on and I’m on the list. Be sure to check us out!!!

Adorable card! The black & white play out perfectly. (I think the heart size is just perfect as is.) Great job :o)
