Tie It Up with Pals Paper Arts

That’s the Challenge at the PPA this week.  I haven’t entered a challenge in so long I thought it was about time to give it a try.  There’s still time if you would like to enter, the link doesn’t close until Noon today.

This is my entry ~

        024

I have an extremely difficult time taking pictures of cards, but this one was ridiculous.  I took so many that I actually got tired!  I even tried using Cherry Cobbler for the background, I didn’t like that either. *smiles*  I have to guess that it was because I used Brushed Silver, Rhinestones, Dazzling Diamonds and a shimmery silver ribbon not to mention the Shimmery White cardstock.  Too much glam for my photography skills! *smile*

Here’s a closer look ~

          010

This gives you a little better view of the Dazzling Diamonds.   Rhinestones were added for a little more bling.

Tip:  My bow was made with wired ribbon!

Here’s the inside ~

                    007

This is a good view of the 3D effect of the wreath.  A couple sprigs of pine finishes off the inside.

Have a great day everybody and thanks so much for stopping by!

If you don't win the Challenge, then it's rigged. I've never seen any card as sophisticated and elegant.

What a shame it would be to cram it in an envelope and let the postal service squish it.

Did you want my address so you can mail this to me?

This is breathtaking. Actually, it's even better than that. The white and silver and shimmer...oh my. And that punch! I had to return mine - just couldn't get it to work. I sure would have loved to case this beautiful card!! Your work is simply amazing. We are so lucky that you share your creativity with us.

This is one gorgeous card! I know what you mean about being so frustrated with the photography! White - glitter - sparkle - all so tough to capture - makes me crazy! But the beauty of your card shines through perfectly :)
