I prefer this card over the last one. I really think it’s all about color and what you are comfortable with. I was reading on another blog today about getting out of your comfort zone. What you are comfortable with and what you are not. I think we all realize we need to break out of our own ‘comfort zones’ once in a while…..funny though, we always go back – don’t we *smile* So here it is, hope you like it?
and the inside..…
I first stamped this card in versa mark with one of the flowers from the Fifth Avenue Floral set for a little background. Used the Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder on the cardstock. Used the brayer on the cardstock with Very Vanilla. Used a Tim Holtz die for the flourishes, added SU flower, SU antique brad, and your done.
Hint for tomorrow – I break out of the Stampin Up Zone, well not totally. I don’t think I could ever make one card that did not have at least one thing Stampin Up *smile*
Supplies needed ~ All Stampin Up unless otherwise noted.
- Cardstock – B. Black, C. Cake, S. Suede, E. Espresso and W. White
- Ink – Versa mark and white gel pen
- Misc – Paper Daisies, Tim Holtz Die, Antique Brad, Spellbinders, MS punch and small McGill flower punch
Hope this post finds everyone well. Many thanks again for stopping by the ‘loft’ I have enjoyed the visit! See you tomorrow.
